1. License Grant: Dabbl Discovery grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product/Service for the duration of this Agreement, solely for User's personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

2. Term: This license is perpetual unless terminated earlier as provided herein. Dabbl Discovery reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time in its sole discretion

3. Objectionable Content & Abusive Users: There will be no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. A user who does not comply with our terms and conditions will be flagged and potentially removed from the platform. Dabbl Discovery reserves the right to block or remove any user, creator, video, or any other content on the app at any moment in time for any reason.

5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights to the Product/Service, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, and trademarks, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Dabbl Discovery. User acknowledges and agrees that any unauthorized use or infringement of Dabbl Discovery's intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

6. Warranty Disclaimer: The Product/Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Dabbl Discovery disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Dabbl Discovery does not warrant that the Product/Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Dabbl Discovery, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Product/Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits. User agrees that Dabbl Discovery's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by User for the Product/Service.

8. Indemnification: User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dabbl Discovery, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with User's use of the Product/Service, including any breach of this Agreement or violation of applicable laws or regulations.

9. Termination: Dabbl Discovery reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice if User breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the Product/Service and destroy all copies of the Product/Service in User's possession or control. Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve User of any obligations accrued prior to termination.

10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.

11. Miscellaneous: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Dabbl Discovery and User regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
