Welcome to Dabbl Discovery, an innovative educational platform that provides a short-form video sharing/viewing experience aimed at helping users in discovering new interests, passions, and career paths. By accessing or using our application (the "App"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("ToS"). Please carefully review them before using the App.
1. Eligibility and Purpose
1.1 The App is intended for individuals who are 13 years of age or older.
1.2 Our primary purpose is to offer users an engaging platform to share and explore short educational videos, fostering the discovery of new interests, passions, and potential career paths.
1.3 To maintain a positive and enriching environment, the App strictly prohibits the upload of content that includes nudity, discrimination, or excessive profanity. Our diligent administrators will thoroughly review any claims made against such offensive content within a period of three (3) months from the date of claim submission. Based on their assessment, they will make a decision whether to delete or allow the content.
1.4 Dabbl Discovery LLC is not responsible if a user provides an incorrect birthday.
2. Account Creation and Management
2.1 Users are required to create an account by providing an email address, a secure password, their first and last names, a unique username, date of birth, and a profile photo.
2.2 Content creators who wish to contribute to the platform must provide the same information, along with relevant links to their social media profiles.
2.3 While users are allowed to maintain multiple accounts, impersonation or the creation of misleading identities is strictly prohibited.
2.4 Account management, including profile settings and preferences, can be easily accessed and modified through the App's intuitive user interface.
3. Privacy and Data Collection
3.1 At Dabbl Discovery, we prioritize the privacy and security of our users' information. We collect, store, and protect user data in accordance with industry best practices.

3.3 We are committed to upholding user privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of the personal information provided to us.

4. Content Guidelines and Ownership
4.1 Dabbl Discovery assumes no liability for the content uploaded by creators on the platform. Each creator is solely responsible for the content they post.
4.2 To maintain a positive and constructive environment, the App strictly prohibits the posting of content that includes nudity, discriminatory acts, or excessive profanity. Our administrators have the authority to remove any content that is deemed offensive or in violation of our guidelines.
4.3 By posting content on our platform, creators grant Dabbl Discovery LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and display their content for promotional and educational purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Users may incorporate copyrighted material into their content, provided that such usage falls within the bounds of fair use and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 In order to protect intellectual property rights, users are encouraged to promptly report any instances of copyright infringement.
6. Terms of Use
6.1 The App is exclusively intended for individuals aged 13 years or older, and usage by individuals under 13 years old is strictly prohibited and Dabbl Discovery LLC is not responsible for a user providing a false birthdate.
6.2 Any violations of these ToS will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of user accounts.
6.3 Users are permitted to download and share content from the App, promoting the exchange of knowledge and exploration of educational interests.
6.4 While we strive to provide a seamless and optimal user experience, we cannot guarantee the absence of occasional bugs or technical issues. Dabbl Discovery LLC shall not be held liable for any inconvenience arising from the lack of accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App's functionality or the content on the App.
7. Termination and Suspension
7.1 Dabbl Discovery LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend user or creator profiles under any circumstances in the event of a violation of the ToS, disruptive behavior, or any other circumstance.
7.2 Users have the right to appeal an account suspension or termination by contacting our dedicated email support team.
8. Liability and Indemnification
8.1 Dabbl Discovery LLC assumes no liability for the actions of users or the content uploaded by creators. Each individual user and creator is solely responsible for their own actions and content.
8.2 In the event that any damages arise from the use of the App, users are encouraged to contact us via email to report such damages. However, Dabbl Discovery LLC shall not be held liable for any content posted on the App by users or creators.
8.3 The App is provided on an "as is" basis, and Dabbl Discovery LLC disclaims any warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.
9. Updates and Modifications
9.1 These ToS may be modified at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any changes via email and within the App.
9.2 Users are required to review and accept the updated ToS. Failure to accept the revised terms will result in the inability to use the App.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These ToS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
10.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these ToS or the use of the App shall be subject to mandatory arbitration and mediation before pursuing legal action
